Moreover, bearing this in mind, in July 2023 the first 6-spindle CNC multi-spindle turning machine with up to 35 mm bar feeding was added to the fleet, a machine equipped with an automatic loader, as are all the other lathes present at the company, lubrication oil high pressure and cooling systems, 80 µm filter, combining the main features of the two technologies: on the one hand the fast production cycles of mechanical multi-spindles and on the other the extreme versatility of CNC (Computer Numerical Control) technology, which allows complex machining operations even on materials that are usually difficult to handle for mechanical lathes, such as stainless steel, alloy steels, brass and lead-free aluminium.

Since 2016, well before Industry 4.0, all production stages have been monitored in real time through the wiring of all machines interfaced to a state-of-the-art MES (Manufacturing Execution System) that allows a timely and accurate production planning; this allows us to provide customers with fast and reliable delivery dates.

An environment that is too hot and humid can adversely affect both productivity and concentration, and above all the health of workers. Furthermore, the systems and machines used in a machine workshop require as stable and controlled temperatures as possible in order to function properly, avoid thermal blockages and maintain a constant level of efficiency.
