Quality Control: Tests and controls of the products and the production process are performed in a air conditioned Metrological Room equipped with the most technologically advanced measurement instruments available for the precision turning. The procedures for the control of the production process cover all the steps from the start-up through the approval to produce, the manufacturing, up to the cleaning, the packaging and the delivering step. The monitoring operations are performed by both the staff of the workshop, and a function autonomous and independent from the production process: the Quality Control office. The controls concern both the verify of the characteristics of the product, aimed to ensure the compliance with the technical requirements, than the monitoring of process parameters in order to prevent any cases of out of tolerance, reduce waste and enhance the company’s ability to produce only good parts. All the measurement and monitoring instruments are verified and calibrated at defined frequencies in accordance with procedures that ensure the compliance with the metrological chain, traceable to primary standards recognized nationally and internationally, such as the certified samples from laboratories that are part of the Calibration Service Italy (SIT).
